Terms of this offer:
Receive 10% off eligible painting and staining services, up to a maximum discount of $500, for new projects booked between October 1 and December 31, 2026. A signed proposal and the required deposit must be received within the promotional period. A minimum eligible project subtotal of $1,200 applies before discount and applicable tax. The discount is calculated on the eligible subtotal before tax and is limited to one promotional discount per property during the promotion. New and returning customers qualify for newly booked projects, including previously issued estimates that have not been accepted. Proposals accepted or projects booked before October 1, 2026, are excluded. Repairs, remodeling, and other non-painting or non-staining services are excluded, with any excluded items identified in the proposal. The discount applies only to the eligible scope included in the signed proposal; later additions and change orders do not automatically qualify. Spring 2027 projects qualify when booked during the promotional period and scheduled for completion by June 30, 2027. Start and completion dates are subject to availability and, for exterior work, suitable weather; projects do not need to be completed by December 31, 2026.
